Plastribution is looking for an ESG and Compliance Administrator on a full-time basis.
The role will require you to work in the Ashby office Monday to Friday. On completion of the probation period, hybrid and flexible working can be explored.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing the Group’s ESG policy and corporate compliance programme.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring KPI’s related to ESG and compliance.
- Assist the Group ESG and Compliance Manager on monthly reporting requirements.
- Develop internal and external relationships to increase awareness on Plastribution’s ESG initiatives.
- Risk assess potential business partners based on compliance criteria.
- Assist in preparing relevant training in ESG and compliance topics.
- Attend applicable events, trade-shows, industry seminars, and careers fairs.
- Be a member of Plastribution’s charity committee; assisting in organising fundraising events and volunteering opportunities for charities.
- As a department, ensure that the business is compliant with applicable legislation.
- Assist the Group ESG and Compliance Manager to respond to shareholder requests in a timely, accurate manner.
- Promote and develop the businesses diversity, equality, and inclusion (DE&I) strategy.
- Assist the Group ESG and Compliance Manager in areas of corporate governance.
- Participate and contribute to company projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in areas of sustainability/ESG or corporate compliance – this can be through previous work experience or through the completion of a relevant degree or apprenticeship. The successful candidate will have:
